By accessing or using the Barcelona Entrepreneurs Community (“BEC”) website at barcelonaentrepreneurs.com and by participating in our community, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or join our community.

Community Membership

BEC is a free, open community for entrepreneurs in Barcelona. By joining our community groups (WhatsApp, Telegram, Meetup, or any other platform), you agree to:

• Follow our Community Rules at all times
• Treat all members with respect and professionalism
• Refrain from any form of self-promotion, spam, or unsolicited marketing
• Not share screenshots or content from private community channels outside the group

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the community without prior notice.

Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the website
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the website without permission

Events and Meetups

BEC organizes regular events, meetups, and workshops. By attending our events, you acknowledge that:

• Events are provided for networking and educational purposes
• BEC is not responsible for any business arrangements or agreements made between members
• Photos or videos may be taken at events and used for community promotion
• You attend events at your own risk

Accelerator Program

The BEC Accelerator is a separate program with its own application process. Acceptance into the Accelerator is at the sole discretion of BEC. Specific terms for the Accelerator program will be provided to accepted participants.

Intellectual Property

All content on the BEC website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Barcelona Entrepreneurs Community unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

User-Generated Content

Any content you share within BEC community channels (messages, advice, recommendations) remains your own. However, by sharing content within our community, you grant BEC a non-exclusive right to reference or share that content for community purposes (e.g., testimonials on our website, with your permission).
