If I had to use one word to describe a successful business, that would be “structure”.

There’s no way around it.

I still have to live the day and see a Great Business that WORKS without it.

“Fun fact about me ━ I hate chaos. I like clarity.

Let’s back off a little and see where everything starts.

The mess you have today in your business is not because of what you did yesterday.

. . . is for what you did 3 years ago.

This is where it usually starts for most of the entrepreneurs:

Mistake ━ start selling right away.

I know, I know . . . hold your horses.

Sales are VERY important, don’t get me wrong, but a business is more than that.

You can’t buy a car engine and go around your neighborhood saying that you just bought a brand-new Lamborghini. Or can you? DO what makes you happy ━ do you.

This is why jumping into sales doesn’t work when you start a business.

Because . . . you don’t even know:

  • WHAT –or– WHOM you’re selling to

And that’s only the tip of the iceberg.

Unscalable, but is one of the best / quickest ways to get your first 50 clients.

Anyone who’s saying that you can just “send 100k emails” or “run simple ADS” without any prior experience and make it work ━ he is straight up lying to your face.

Pick a subject to create written, audio or video content.

This content must answer your audience’s burning questions and solve their specific problems ━ if you’re consistent you’ll get traction.

💡 PRO Tip: Don’t force yourself for going to speak on Big Podcasts / Events if you don’t have (yet) the necessary experience ━ you’ll end up hurting your brand.

A combination of quick traffic tactics to keep food on the table today. . .

Level 1 ━ Creating an Offer & ICP

  • pick a problem
  • pick your ideal client
  • create an irresistible offer

Level 2 ━ Building a Great System

  • create a good funnel
    • modern landing page
    • seamless checkout flow
    • great welcome email
    • smart email sequences
  • create a sales process
    • use a CRM
    • create a pitch structure
    • practice daily
  • use tools to streamline repetitive & boring tasks
    • automate (some) internal processes
    • automate (some) social media interactions

*Automate everything that you can. Don’t overdo it.

  • give your clients more attention
    • improve onboarding experience for new clients
    • improve customer experience for current clients
    • create a customer feedback loop

Level 3 ━ Developing a Back-end

  • create a referral program
  • build an AD retargeting campaign

Level 4 ━ Better Quality & More Volume

  • improve product quality
  • maximize one channel
